When you come to our farm you may first have a few questions, below are some commonly asked questions and responses to help guide you.
1. What are your prices? - Our prices may fluctuate from year to year, so always please call before you come. - You only pay for what's in your box, so however much or little you want - that's what you get!
2. Where are you located? - Our address is 154802 County Road C Mosinee, WI 54455. -Please visit the Contact Tab for more information.
3. Do you have containers there for my berries? - We do have cardboard 6 quart picking flats that you may purchase for $2 each, and bring back from year to year! (We have customers that have brought theirs back for 15+ years - talk about a smart investment!) - We do allow you to recycle and bring in your own containers (make sure you tell a cashier BEFORE you start picking so we can take the weight of your container off at check out.) - We recommend bringing plastic ice cream pails because they don't bruise the fruit on the bottom and can be carried easily.
4. Can I bring my kids? -Considering that this is a farming business and not a childcare business we do recommend all children under the age of 7 to stay home; strawberry plants are extremely fragile and strawberries can get bruised or damaged quite easily especially by youngsters. -If your child is mature, respectable, and will NOT RUN IN THE PATCH, then by all means bring them! Be mindful, if your child does not adhere to our children's policy we will ask you BOTH to leave the patch.
5. When are you open? - We are usually opened from 7am-7pm during the normal picking season, however please always call before you come out. - Each harvest has different dates because each spring and summer has different weather, please watch our Facebook page to find our opening and closing dates! - We have the BEST customers around and sometimes they all decide to come on the same day, be sure to call before you come out to ensure that we aren't pick out for the day. (This is more likely during weekends or before holidays.)
